Accounting

• Accountant Link – we are your link between your admin system and your Accountant, working with your Accountant to improve the structure of your system and to help you integrate their advice into your business system.
• We provide training and guidance so that you can provide accurate and clearly presented information to your Accountant.
• Our Accredited Accounting Software Consultants can help you with analysing, installation, training and support of your business system.
• Our Chartered Accountants can help you to improve your accounting knowledge and systems so you can more effectively manage your business and prepare your draft accounts.
• We support Accounting firms with their own in-house accounting software systems.

Administration Processing

• We offer our comprehensive administration service at your site or remotely at ours, on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis, using Xero.
• Your system will be fully updated and reconciled at each session, with financial reporting provided on a monthly basis along with GST and PAYE returns prepared.
• We can prepare your creditor cheques or set up electronic payment batches and provide cashflow reports to assist with cashflow management.
• We take care of your filing and assist with creating and implementing administration system procedures.
• Our level of accounting knowledge ensures that your accounts will be processed accurately and any issues addressed as they appear, so that information is presented to your Accountant accurately and in a timely matter.
• We can communicate directly with your Accountant throughout the end of year account preparation process regarding any queries.
• Once your Accountant has completed your end of year accounts, we can take care of any journal entries required to reflect any adjustments your Accountant has made in their copy of your software data file.

Administration Coaching & Support

• We can coach and support your office administration staff through the use of the software, providing one on one or group training sessions, either meeting at your office or meeting online.
• We can work with your administrator to review current work practices and then develop and document administration procedures.
• We are on call for any questions your administrator has.

Advice

• Through the use of Xero online accounting software, we can act as your Virtual Chief Financial Officer, by logging into your system to advise on critical areas such as debtors management and cashflow.
• We can provide advice on the best accounting and operational software for your business requirements.
• If we do not know the answer we can work with our network of professionals to find out for you.
